Kevin spent the past 20 years at Eli Lilly and Company, where he led several large cross functional brand marketing teams, product development teams, and sales teams. During his time at Lilly he built brands, launched new pharmaceutical products into the US marketplace, possessed P&L responsibility of > $7bn in gross sales annually, and developed and marketed new digital companion applications.

Kevin's expertise is in making complex strategies simple to understand and execute, driving engagement and energy from his teams, understanding customer behavior through data analytics, and finding creative solutions to complex problems through a practical, approachable, and humble leadership approach.

Kevin serves as an advisor on the Advisory Board of Startup Health's Type 1 Diabetes Moonshot. Kevin also is the Founder and President of The Grounds Crew, Inc. which serves as a booster club for local high school athletic teams. Kevin is also a small business owner with multiple business entities in his portfolio.

Most importantly, Kevin leans on his wife Casey for support and gains energy from his two boys, Colin and Cooper.
