Throughout his career at Eli Lilly, Kelly successfully led alliance management activities for some of the company's largest and most complex partnerships, helping organizations navigate challenging business environments, align diverse stakeholders, and achieve shared business objectives.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Kelly brings a unique combination of operational excellence and deep alliance management expertise.
