Belinda Mulhern is a pioneering marketing and commercial strategist with over 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation. In over 20 years at Eli Lilly and Company, she led high-performing marketing and market research teams that delivered measurable impact across diabetes, obesity, immunology, and neuroscience. Her expertise spans the full commercial spectrum—from P&L leadership that transformed a legacy brand to growth, to leading new product launches, to helping teams build strong brands prior to launch.
Belinda brings a knack for creating clarity and building winning brand strategies grounded in customer insights. She is a creative thinker and communicator who will help teams to see new opportunities and loves to problem solve with teams and clients.
Belinda has served on multiple boards, including Integrating Women Leaders and Breakthrough T1D. She has also been recognized as a strong developer of talent and culture builder. She enjoys travel, painting, and yoga and spending time with her husband, Tom, daughters Olivia and Maeve, and two crazy dogs, Mookie and Hali.
