Kent Manson is a commercialization strategist and business leader with more than 20 years of experience building brands, launching products, and translating scientific innovation into scalable commercial opportunities across biotechnology and healthcare.

Throughout his career, Kent has led strategy, partnering, and commercialization initiatives focused on bringing complex innovations to market and positioning emerging companies for long-term growth. Most recently, he served in senior leadership roles at Diasome Pharmaceuticals, where he helped guide corporate strategy and partnership development contributing to a more than 400% increase in company valuation during its pre-commercial stage. Previously, as Head of Strategy at Flourish, he led the agency’s expansion into healthcare and life sciences, supporting global clients navigating innovation-driven markets.

Kent specializes in identifying high-impact commercial opportunities and aligning product development, capital strategy, and execution to accelerate growth. He is recognized for a pragmatic and collaborative leadership style that connects long-term vision with operational execution.

He is the co-founder of Healthy Sites, a consumer health company, and Locasana, a venture-funded medical device company focused on improving the at-home healthcare experience through patient-centered products, education, and technology. His work centers on addressing gaps in traditional care delivery by empowering individuals to achieve better outcomes outside of clinical settings.

Kent serves on several nonprofit boards and lives in Cleveland with his wife and two daughters, where he also spends much of his time coaching youth soccer.
